I have had some muscle pulls that have stopped me from training. I have been trying to ride the bike and do some exercising with XBOX 360 Kinnect. Stay Tuned!

Half Marathon Training

I thought I would start this blog to give hope to people that never have run the half marathon. I have run 3 10K's but now I will try to do the impossible, again. Run the half marathon in only 3 1/2 months of training. Stay Tuned!
