Heel Pain
This conditon is usually caused from shoes with heels that are too low, a thinned out fat pad in the heel area, or from a sudden increase in activity.
Custom or ready-made orthotics, a supportive cushioned shoe and padded socks will help the pressure on the heel.
Metatarsalgia

This condition is relieved by wearing properly fitted footwear and with a custom or ready-made orthotic with metatarsal support.
This relieves pressure on the ball of the foot and dispenses the normal pressure and shear over the entire foot.
Corns
To relieve this condition wear extra-depth shoes to reduce pressure on the top of the toes. Corns are caused by friction -stop the friction and the pressure on your toes stop.
Bunions

The best way to alleviate the pain associated with bunions is to wear properly fitting shoes. Shoes designed with a high, wide toe box helps people suffering from this condition.
Custom or ready-made orthotics also provide more support and comfort for this sensitive area.
Plantar Fasciitis

This condition usually hurts near the inside of the foot where the heel and arch meet. The pain is usally worse in the morning or after a long rest, because while resting the plantar fascia goes back to its original shape.
Proper footwear and a custom or ready-made orthotic with appropriate corrections usually takes the pressure and thus the pain away.
Callouses

This condition is caused by excessive pressure on the bottom portion of the foot. Proper footwear and an custom orthotic with appropriate support and cushioning helps relieve and in most cases removes the painful sores.
Hammer Toes
Hammer Toes can result from a muscle imbalance which causes the ligaments and tendons to become unnaturally tight. This results in the joint curling downwards. Changing the type of footwear worn is a very important step in the treatment of hammer toes.
When choosing a shoe, make sure the toe box is high and broad, and can accommodate the hammer toes.
