RETURN POLICY
1) All ready-made footwear can only be returned if they have not been worn or modified. They must be returned in their original box within 30 days with a receipt.
2) There is a $10 restocking fee on all special order shoes if they are returned.
3)All custom-made footwear and orthotics can not be returned but can be modified or adjusted at no cost to the customer.
4) All refunds will be in the form of a credit card, business check or store credit.
