We had a customer the other day who came into our store as she was running. She had pain in her feet and got shoes and inserts from an ordinary "running store". She wanted to know if we had any heel pads to help her feet. We told her the inserts she had were not designed to relieve her pain and her shoes were not the correct size.After she was measured and fitted with orthotics that felt great she decided that the price was too high for relief.
